ABOUT MEENA
Meena our founder, believes everything happens for a reason. In 2019, she decided to quit her job in Dubai as she wanted to be with her children in Canada. This gave her the opportunity and the time to think about what she really wanted to do moving forward. Owning a small business was always her dream and so she decided to pursue it. Let’s hear about her journey in her own words:
I have always had a keen eye for anything creative and challenging, whether it was academics, cooking, or teaching. However, my interest in creativity sparked at a very young age, when I would see my mom arrange the family room, dining, and the bedrooms. I remember standing beside her and observing every nook and corner of the house which lead to my own inspiration with Amira today. I used to try to help her with my little hands and instantly fell in love with vibrant colors, fabrics, and the emotions it generated. I’m really excited about this new adventure, and I truly believe that home décor should bring out the best of your personality
